As we resume operations, we are making some changes to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff so you can enjoy a relaxing getaway. Please click here for details. Since the pandemic has created a constantly changing situation, it’s very difficult to predict and sometimes we have to make changes very suddenly. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re doing the best we can to keep our guests and staff as safe as possible. Included in these changes is a new requirement that all guests must acknowledge our Covid-19 operations policy. This policy must be acknowledged before reservations can be honored. Please note that we are required by law to deny service to anyone who is or appears to be sick, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are also required by law to check temperatures prior to spa services. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. In light of this, we have also made some changes to our cancellation policies . We will NOT be offering refunds for new reservations made for stays between April 3 and September 30, 2020 (and again, those dates may change)…only re-schedules or gift certificates (good for 2 years) will be available. Lucille’s is just outside the quaint Village of Sautee, not far from Helen, GA, and is in the center of Georgia’s wine country. Several award-winning wineries are just a few miles from the inn and a dozen more are less than 30 minutes away. The Spa at Lucille’s is a full-service day spa adjoining the bed and breakfast inn and offers an array of spa and wellness services for our guests, visitors to the area, and local clients.
